My Story & Vision
I am a dedicated Public Health professional with a unique blend of clinical and field experience. My journey began in the laboratory, giving me a precision-focused mindset, which I later expanded with a Bachelor in Public Health to address community-wide challenges.
From volunteering during the COVID-19 crisis to managing data for large-scale USAID and EU-funded projects, I have always been driven by the desire to bridge the gap between policy and implementation. I specialize in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), ensuring that health interventions are not just delivered, but are effective and data-driven.
Beyond the technical aspects, I am passionate about leadership and innovation. I actively explore how AI and new technologies can solve public health problems. Whether I am mentoring staff in the field or analyzing complex datasets, my goal is to improve maternal and neonatal health outcomes across Nepal.
